Q: When is the package shipped?
A: Items are posted within 48 hrs upon receipt of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for Normal & Registered delivery within Singapore. 7-14 days delivery for worldwide destinations. In case package didn't arrive within 14 days , allow up to max 21 days from date of posting for package to be traced. Pls note that only Registered Mails are trackable.
Q: Any Return / Refund for Damaged or Lost Package?
A: NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for Sale items sold as is. ONLY Misrepresented & Registered items Lost / Stolen or damaged during delivery will be replaced or refunded less shipping & handling cost. Damaged items must be returned within 7 days in its original packaging from date of receipt. All postage costs incurred during the return is at buyers expense

Q: Do you Alter or Resize your Jewelries ?
A: Most of my Jewelry items are resizable upon request . In resizing Necklaces , Bracelets & Earrings , Making it smaller is FREE of charge. However, altering to bigger size, between 5-10% of its unit price may be applied or depending on the amount of added materials. I offer FREE SERVICE WARRANTY for broken items bought within the last 6 months.

Q: What are the items made of ?
A: All items in my auction are either made of Swarovski Crystals, Semi-precious stones or high quality glass beads combined with Sterling Silver metals or Silver plated findings. All materials are handpicked to ensure the high quality standard of each finshed piece of jewelry.

Q: How much does it cost for postage ?
A: All jewellery items either single or combined within a 7 day period shall be posted free via standard mail. All clothing products like shawls have a postage cost of SGD$7.50 for 1st item and $2.00 for every additional clothing item shall be imposed inorder to cover packaging & handling. Optional Registered mail is $3.50 for bulk items.
